Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director of the upcoming theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor and board member for SSC since the year 2011. The actress also worked for as a member of the SSC as the producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and as a text coach while serving as Artistic Direction. Although she was usually the head of her group the first time she was directing was in SSC King Lear.
